Yes, except for the 'eventually' part. Any knowledge you have is part of the world-view you construct, which is ultimately part of yourself: ie something generated in your mind by your brain. Although, if you define all knowledge as being self-knowledge, it removes the useful distinction formerly provided by the idea of 'self-knowledge'. So, in that sense, no.
