Is there anything else to believe in something than have a true knowledge about it?

To believe in reality of a thing,do we need to get to know that thing ?it even can be a New prophet and His New teachings for world maturity and peace.

History is a proof where and whenever He has come people have judged Him without true study of where His knowledge come from!Is there anything else to believe in something than have a true knowledge about it?
Come nearer to God if you want to attain true knowledge about Him:

';All the Prophets and apostles longed and prayed for nearness to the Creator. How many nights they passed in sleepless yearning for this station; how many days they devoted to supplication for this attainment, seeking ever to draw nigh unto Him! But nearness to God is not an easy accomplishment...Nearness to God is dependent upon purity of the heart and exhilaration of the spirit through the glad tidings of the Kingdom. Consider how a pure, well-polished mirror fully reflects the effulgence of the sun, no matter how distant the sun may be. As soon as the mirror is cleaned and purified, the sun will manifest itself. The more pure and sanctified the heart of man becomes, the nearer it draws to God, and the light of the Sun of Reality is revealed within it 鈥?We must purify ourselves from the mire and soil of earthly contact until our hearts become as mirrors in clearness and the light of the most great guidance reveals itself in them.

Baha鈥檜鈥檒lah proclaims in the Hidden Words that God inspires His servants and is revealed through them. He says, ';Thy heart is My home; sanctify it for My descent. Thy spirit is My place of revelation; cleanse it for My manifestation.'; Therefore, we learn that nearness to God is possible through devotion to Him, through entrance into the Kingdom and service to humanity; it is attained by unity with mankind and through loving-kindness to all; it is dependent upon investigation of truth, acquisition of praiseworthy virtues, service in the cause of universal peace and personal sanctification鈥?Nearness is likeness.';

-Abdu'l-Baha, The Promulgation of Universal Peace, p. 147-Is there anything else to believe in something than have a true knowledge about it?
When the people of the Earth all know beauty as beauty,

There arises the recognition of ugliness.

When the people of the Earth all know the good as good,

There arises the recognition of evil.

Therefore:

Being and non-being interdepend in growth;

Difficult and easy interdepend in completion;

Long and short interdepend in contrast;

High and low interdepend in position;

Tones and voice interdepend in harmony;

Front and behind interdepend in company.

Therefore the wise:

Manages affairs without action;

Preaches the doctrine without words;

All things take their rise, but he does not turn away from them;

He gives them life, but does not take possession of them;

He acts, but does not appropriate;

Accomplishes, but claims no credit.

It is because he lays claim to no credit

That the credit cannot be taken away from him.

There is a difference between teachings of a person, and the person themselves. The teachings of anyone can only show us a certain light, which they themselves have set limit to, intentionally or not, and not the whole person.

To know a whole person one must know their life and teachings, yes, but also their intentions, any incompleteness, and how to help them gain that completeness if they are lacking etc.

Now if they are found with no incompleteness, then surely they are a Messenger of God, or at least a perfect man/woman... Though their teachings may be little or great, this is not equal to Their own person.

Knowing this Person is impossible, except by degrees, yet endlessly rewarding to pursue because it is the source for all our own advancement - degrees of perfection. Our incompleteness is trained into more and more completed reflection of our potential by examining the inner and outer significances of these Souls.

Is there anyone not affected by their own goal of, in some subtle or overt way, human betterment? Should their be a singular and pervasive Source and Goal, then it is likely each person's utmost benefit to seek that in whatever way is best for them, at any moment of training. It is not for us to decide what their training should be without this influence ourselves...

Perhaps they see reality in matter, seeking in the so called dust, or perhaps they see it in many noble persons such as Gandhi and Mother Teresa, or animals, plants and horticulture, or more commonly, the Divine Messengers from Buddha to Zoroaster, Moses to Muhammad, Christ to Baha'ullah.

What is our duty is: to ensure all are informed of what we have been given to know, and to acquire fairly from others their portion of knowing, so all grow and work in harmony regardless of our institutions, creeds and claims.

Just as the hands feed the body, and the eyes and ears inform the mind. Each person of humanity has a certain prescribed attribute, which for them to neglect treating the whole body to its merits, is to cut itself off from that whole body and become a cancer.

Often from fear of what other parts of the body are doing to it, this cancerous development is made to preserve its own health in a hostile environment - this is the essence of disease. If it were born in a healthy body it would not have grown ill itself....

How is one part of the mind to prosper fully when another set of ideas attack it, or how is the heart to function well if work is neglected? Do the minds of the world survive well without the worker hands to feed it?

If I call one part hand, and another stomach, and another head, this does not mean that the head survives without the hand, or is entirely independent of it. Just as we call one scientist, another farmer, or one Buddhist and another Christian or Baha'i, Druze or Fau Long Gong, we are tied together as one soul, more closely than our sinew is to bone, more than muscle is to movement.

Surely there is one mankind without regard to division of gender, one temple, one body, soul and Spirit. Yet all these things appear to us divisive so all might enjoy a portion of the whole for their own, and thus each distinct identity is created, only to again resume life with the reward of coming together, finding health from disease of isolation, and happiness from sorrow - being more complete in every process, biological, moral, civil, and spiritual.

Who shall we judge but ourselves if we are one...? Distinction does not exclude oneness, just as one body does not exclude differing parts.

All things are of God, but not all are equal to God. We seek what is most equal to God, individually - which is sovereign, subject only to Mercy - well evidenced by Christ - and Moderation - as evidenced by Buddha; and collectively - which is ruled by Justice - well ordered by Baha'u'llah - replicated, like shadows, by the kingdoms of the past through Prophetic laws and human rulers.

The seed of humanity has begun it growth above the soil of this earth, and is now a tender plant of its own, reaching toward the sun, and in some time from now it will send it seed from its own fruit across vast distances, but for now we are striving not to be cut down like the grass before this tree of humanity has reached its full growth. If God would not protect us through the revelations of His Messengers and His Glory [Baha'u'llah], we would not survive our own weakness in this harsh world.

God bless.
