How true is it to say that our sence perception is a reliable source of requiring knowledge?
I think you mean 'is a reliable source of acquiring knowledge';. If so, the answer is yes because our senses do teach us things (or help us acquire knowledge0. For example, if you touch a hot stove burner with your hand, it sends a message to your brain that teaches you that doing this hurts. You don't have to learn it from a book---your sense perception---senses--teach you that lesson and provisde you with that knowledge.
