Is it true where knowledge ends, religion begins?

No, that is a falsehood. Religion gives people the inspiration to continue to seek knowledge. It was religion that inspired the wheel, written communication, the invention of paper, the printing press, the discovery of lands, creation of tools and weapons (to defend against viscous animals and human meant to do harm to you or your family, mathematics, the list could go on and on. The search of space and what is out there intrigues even the novice scientist to this day. We continually ask ourselves, is there other planets with the same viable environment as that of the earth and then a few years ago, that question was answered. There is evidence of a planet in our own galaxy, a mere 10,000 light years away that has the same atmosphere as our planet. Could there be life on that planet, we don't know, but it is exciting to think of that possibility.

For your information, 70-75% of scientist and biologist have a belief in a creator, intelligent design. Is it true where knowledge ends, religion begins?
I wouldn't phrase it that way. It implies that knowledge has an end, which is not precisely true. Current knowledge is limited, but it is unreasonable to assume that there is some point which knowledge can never pass.

When pursuit of knowledge ends, religion can begin.

Anything that requires Faith is not knowledge. Faith does not fulfill the epistemological requirements for a means of assessing the truth or falsity of facts and thus it is not a valid system for acquiring knowledge. Is it true where knowledge ends, religion begins?
Where knowledge and understanding begins, religion begins. Religions are all based on the search for knowledge. It is this search that is worthwhile, and the goal of this search is unity and oneness with the Lord. Trust in yourself and you can achieve anything. Do not let anyone take away from you what is your to keep forever and ever, your very soul.
Yes, when faced with uncertainty, it's well-researched that humans turn to superstition. Batters are much more superstitious than fielders, for example.

We continue to push our superstitions toward the increasingly small margins of our science textbooks. There will always be room for superstition though, so long as there are unknowns in the universe, or anything non-falsifiable.
I don't like the word religion because it means following a set of rules. It is true that we can't know everything because if we did, we would be God. So, I think that God gives out knowledge as he sees fit and the rest we will find out at death.
its more likely that you will be able to accept the facts when you are FREE from religion. so yeah it works both ways: when you lose your knowledge and ignore the facts you will be more of a believer. when you start being religious you lose your knowledge! good question
No ! It's exactly the opposite. Where knowledge begins religion ends. Knowledge is evidence based whereas religion if faith based - and faith is belief without evidence.
I suppose you could say that.

But a lot of times when there's still knowledge to be found, and religion starts at the randomest places . . .
Where human knowledge ends, mystery begins.

True religion embraces both the understandable by man and mystery unknowable by man.

Religions are a form of knowledge.

It's baseless knowledge, so there's not much use to it, but it's knowledge none the less.
so true! %26lt; I give a thumb's up for that! Knowledge is very important for survival! look at the ancient civilizations they need knowledge to crop the land! I could go on about this all night!
';When science reaches the top of the mountain it will realize that religion was there since the beginning';.

-Till He Returns

God Bless
No. Religion is knowledge.

Is there an end to knowledge?

Are you suggesting that the universe in all it's breadth is actually finite?
With many people it's ';where reason ends, religion begins';
Knowledge does not end. Perhaps this person or that may tire of searching, but the journey never ends.
It doesnt have to be like that.

I think saying ';where religion begins, logic ends'; is a more suiting phrase
When religion ends, knowledge begins.
I would actually say that is true. God is in the gaps....and he losses space daily.
The word of God is the truth, knowledge and wisdom!

GOD BLESS! AMEN! SHALOM!
Knowledge ends at the front door of church. Then you have to take whatever the pastor hands you and LIKE it!
The fear of God is the beginning of knowledge.

~God~
IF YOU don't know, it can't be true. Think about it.
I thought knowledge ended at the gates of the White House
Only if you want to assume the unlikely
religion 'is' knowledge,at least the Bible tells so
are you religious?
Yes.

yeah, thats what were trying to stop
