I know a teen guy who lies about so many things like things he does which just arent true or things that might make him seem daring or bad but everyone allready likes him so i dont see why he would need to lie. Anyways, are all pathological liars dangerous, will they all eventually become vulnerable to being evil? do they do it to harm others? do they feel guilt?Are all pathological liars dangerous? hopefully someone with true knowledge answers?

Do they feel guilt? not at all
Do they do it to harm others? not really. They may be lying to themselves as much as they lie to others. They may have a loose grasp on what the truth really is, or have so little regard for truth that it just doesn't seem to matter to them.
Many pathological liars seem charming, tell great stories, and give the appearance of being harmless. They will manipulate those around them and can actually be quite skilled at this. Many lack a conscience and will act in their own self interest even when it hurts those around them. They may act sorry if they get caught doing something, but that is mostly for show.
My advice: Stay away!
