absolutely not!
True knowledge comes to us by way of experience, study and observation, and our ability to access memory. I do not believe there has been a test or examination developed which can acurately determine an individuals true knowledge. It would be a daunting task even for the most sophisticated computer.
We must be able to communicate that which we know in an understandable and defineable way. There are methods in place which can determine our knowledge for social and economic reasons but there are certain inate aspects to knowing such as instinct which are spectacular. We can not account for feeling and suspecting and all the other significant human traits.
Certificates can only give credit to our academic knowledge and our success in having learned required information relevant to the subjects being studied and then given time and disuse we will most likely forget much of what we have learned. and still have possession of the certificate. They also only give credit for the questions which were on the tests.
Our minds have a way of dumping that which is not necessary or that which is not used. Retention becomes a problem. We may have achieved substantial academic standing in various or particular areas of study but our true knowledge is untestable. Our minds also accumulate trivia and trash which is often never tested.
Do we not all know things that we will never admit to? and do we not also often claim knowledge of things we do not know? I do not know.Is certificate a determinant of one's true knowledge ?
The certificate is only proof of the amount of indoctrination one has.
Love and blessings DonIs certificate a determinant of one's true knowledge ?
No certificate is not a determinant of some one's knowledge because it is just a gratitude of appreciation but it does not fully tell about his knowledge ..It signifies how he has performed there and how much he worked for that but it will not predice about his knowledge because he may have a great knowledge...
To a certain degree yes.Any legitimate certificate to be earned requires a few standards to be met,So on the basis of the level of the Certificate earned it might give an idea of the person's Knowledge because without the knowledge required to earn the Certificate, the person would not be given one.
But a Certificate does not gauge a person's true potential for it cannot be certified using specific standards but relative ones,
nor does it determine one's ideas and creativity.
Because each one is special in one way or the other, no matter if the talent be significant or insignificant, you'll just have to trust in whatever Relative Certification we do possess and hope that you can on yur experience recognise true talent.
In most situations such as obtaining jobs, etc. ';Yes';. As I see it.....being an apprentice is a much more valuable aspect in knowledge if one can do that now a days.
