If you have a great deal of both, I dare say you're in good shape, but if you have a grand imagination and no knowledge, you're really no further forward than a child (Which isn't a bad thing if you really think about it...how many of us would live to be a kid again?). If you have all knowledge and no imagination, you likely have a pretty miserable life.

In bhakti, you don't try to evaluate god anyhow-just accept him as supreme and chant mantra/devotional songs, bhajans, kirtans etc..you intend to get lost in divinity. Mira is the most prominent bhakti-yogini the history has witnessed.
since in Bhakti, you start with surrendering, in my opinion, it is the easiest and the best.

Consider a Jnana Yogi like Ramana Maharshi! Isn't he a Karma Yogi, Isn't he a Bhakta of Lord Shiva and he even realized the ultimate ideal of Raja Yoga-Samadhi.
